Submitted abstracts or full papers, written either in Turkish or English, will be presented in the sessions organized based on the language of submission.

All submissions will undergo a double-blind review process. Successful submissions will be accepted for oral presentations during the summit.

All accepted abstracts and full papers will be included in the conference proceedings, which will be published by İTÜ Yayınevi.

Selected full papers will have the opportunity to be published as book chapters by Springer Verlag in the Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems series, or as articles in the peer-reviewed and nationally indexed Journal of Productivity (Verimlilik Dergisi)
